I cried, I laughed and I was scared, I started this on vacation and finished it on vacation! I am always sad when an excellent book is over! I recommend for sure

WONDERFUL BOOK

I finished the book in three days, I loved the insight of what it is like to live in the White House and the history behind the people that work within those walls. I loved learning more about the Obama’s and how they raised two beautiful daughters and kept them grounded and safe! I loved that the Bush daughters came to help the children adjust to their new normal. Most of all I enjoyed the obamas relationship and the grace and respect they showed in their position as Commander and Chief of our Great Country! I WAS a republican so I never voted for Obama but I always respected his love of this Country and all of the citizens! Congratulations Michelle Obama on a great memoir! Would recommend for everyone to read!

Very sad what some religions can do to women

The story was good, the narrator excellent! Kevin Pierce is my favorite narrator! However it is upsetting to me that the church does not educate women regarding sex so rape is confusing to them and they report to their bishops instead of the police😢 Women are not believed even by police 👮‍♀️ f they don’t come forward right away no matter how bad they have been victimized! But again the story was very interesting and well written and worth listening to for sure.

Complicated story but easy to follow

This book made me sad and grateful

The performance was excellent, the story very good and very sad, it really makes you think about all you take for granted. How anyone we know or do not know can be going through hell and we don’t notice or choose not to notice! Hug your family and friends and take nothing for granted! I recommend this book to everyone.

Book ended very badly

So disappointed in this book, the ending felt like the middle of the book! Nothing was finished! No resolution it just stopped, would not recommend!
Would have given zero star if possible

Love the suspense

I felt I figured it out twice but I was wrong! The performance was very good and the story very interesting and sometimes very, very sad but I enjoyed this book very much and would recommend! I will be watching the HBO series next, hope they do the book justice.

This book was confusing till the end

The Narrator had a real problem talking for the main character a young man and I find men narrator doing young men or boys voices are a distraction from the story! The story line was hard to get through and the ending disappointing! I would not recommend this book.
