Enjoyable, thoroughly, at the beginning!
...And then after some time of confusion and annoyance, enjoyable again--once you start to realize Agatha Christie is probably playing a joke on you-- wanting people to allow her to retire...
--and yet closing up shop with the help of two of her most favorite characters that we all love. I am glad we got one more
Tommy and Tuppence!

Also it is good reference list of so many old time things you might have found spoken of in The Good Old Days magazines...
Things mostly long forgotten --except for those classic children's books, of which I and mine have read some, and hope to read more!

This wonderful audiobook helped me to focus again on “His Kingdom come, and His will be done, on earth...”
Until Jesus returns, may God help us, as he helped Hudson Taylor, to know what we are here for, and to so love His Word and His people, to the ends of the earth and time.

This is a great pleasure to listen to; both "The Unpleasantness" and "Strong Poison." Though it is very abbreviated, there are still bits here and there that are not in the movie.
It is wonderful to hear Ian Carmichael play across from a voice similar to Harriet Walters', 'though I was very happy with Edward Petherbridge in the movie! This audiobook kind of bridges the gap between the two series.
Oh, for more well done Dorothy Sayers audiobooks and movies! Let us have The Documents in the Case, at last!!
(:

I love to listen to God's word when i am getting ready to sleep or when i am folding laundry or doing dishes and can't read it. He reads with such ease and expression that you hardly notice it is the King James Version. It is very easy to follow. Not too slow either.

Excerpts from one of the best of all books!

This is so good! I always wanted to hear the letters read with the appropriate accent and pronunciation. The brief definitions of obscure words are also helpful.

This is a treasure to me, but it is short. I wish the whole of "The Letters" was available on Audible. (and I wait for "Fair Sunshine," by Jock Purves, who first introduced me to the Covenanters.)

Samuel Rutherford clears our clouded view and helps us see our Redeemer and our life with eternity's eyes. He is a pastor to us today, across oceans and centuries.

Note: There are comforting words here written to mothers he knew who had lost children.
