Exceptionally done! Every moment was entertaining an enjoyable! A must listen! Warning however the ending spins off a bit and definitely sets up for an Act 2, which you'll want to immediately start to continue the story. Thank you so much for this wonderful story telling. I absolutely love it!

Great message

This is one we can all learn from. It would benefit humanity if it were taught in school. The reader was clear and easy to understand.

Historia
Lifestyle journalist Katrine escaped past traumas by moving to a coast renowned for seaside holidays and natural beauty. But when a vast hoard of human remains and prehistoric artifacts is discovered in nearby Brickburgh, a hideous shadow engulfs her life. Helene, a disillusioned lone parent, lost her brother, Lincoln, six years ago. Disturbing subterranean noises he recorded prior to vanishing, draw her to Brickburgh's caves. A site where early humans butchered each other across 60,000 years. Upon the walls, images of their nameless gods remain.

Amazing!
Revisado: 06-17-20
Loved it! So creepy from the very beginning all the way to the last few sentences. I could not stop listening. I've listened to The Ritual which I also enjoyed! I have a degree in Anthropology and I love how Nevill's monsters can always some how seem real. Thanks for the great story. Fyi: Some others have negative reviews re the non British accent throughout the story, but this did not bother me. The reader used an accent when it was needed in the story. I feel he did a good job delivering. He has a clear, strong voice which sets a tone for the scenes.

Historia
It’s the near future and the world has descended into chaos. On the surface, everything looks the same yet the unthinkable has happened...the dead have risen. Everyone is haunted by a dead relative, friend, spouse, or stranger, and these spirits are unshakable, silent and watching. No one is safe. Governments the world over fail to deal with the epidemic, they begin to lose control of their economies and their resources. Their people. Crime is rife, and murders commonplace.
