Great book on what it takes to make it in real estate and worth reading/listening to even if you're experienced, I'm 7 years in and sold 55 homes with my buyer's agent last year and found myself taking notes and pulling nuggets out of each chapter. 1/2 way through listening I bought a stack to give to new agents and those considering getting into the business. There's a huge disconnect from perception to reality in what it takes to succeed in this business and to be a part of the 17% that make it past 2 years. This book does a great job of bridging that gap and giving newly licensed agents the road map to thrive. Looking forward to the 2nd book in the series...

Loved this book! Steve provides great concepts and stories that help with mindset and actionable items. One of the rare mindset books, at least for me personally, that was packed full of good content but also fun to listen to. Actually finished it in a day between the gym and driving.
