Tim Carter explains at the beginning his vast experience and how he was able to acquire his expertise and experience throughout his life. It made me feel safe knowing that what he was saying was coming from legitimate sources and as far as my gut and brain can tell, he’s telling the truth. Highly recommend this book for all homeowners!
