Never have read this before - the narrator made the story very interesting. Now to watch the Disney Peter Pan cartoon to see if is as close to the book as I remember

Yeah wish I didn't waste my time

Cliche writing and stereotyped characters. The main character was annoying to me both in the writing and the reading. Honestly I kept hoping for a twist at the end to make it worth my time. Nope... Glad it was short but honestly I wouldn't have finished it if it wasn't. The sound effect of the creature was painfully pathetic. Would've been better without it. And I found it rather ridiculous that one of the characters had a compound fracture of his "shin" (tibia? Femure?) either way unbelievable that he could walk towards the creature without assistance 🙄. Just one more reason I feel it is cliche writing

Hard to understand recorded phone calls

Cannot listen to it in the car. Frequent phone calls are recorded and because of their poor quality I cannot understand them. Maybe I will try listening when not driving - it's just that's when I prefer to listen. I am disappointed because the story looks to be interesting.
