Egocentric and outdated author

70% of the book is the author saying “me, me, me, I’m great, me, me”. The other 20% he quotes other sources, leadership books, authors, and adds a sentence of how he disagrees with that and how he knows better. The other 10% he talks about famous people he met.
Oh, and the quality of the material is BAD, you can literally hear when the guy is turning the pages while reading the book!

Pesimo ritmo

El ritmo de la narracion es pesimo. No se por que pero el narrador no sigue puntuacion, narra todo seguido sin pausas claras. En un momento pense que lo tenia en velocidad rapida. Sin embargo las voces que hace son muy buenas. Si logras acostumbrarte a el pesimo ritmo, podras escucharlo todo.
