Sadly, I can relate to alot of Ms. Jones' examples. In fact, my prayer over the past few weeks has been asking God to "mortify my flesh!" My prayer now is that I will consistently employ the strategies she shared in the book because I need to kill toxic comparison!

Of course the content was solid- there was a lot of scripture but it was just a painful read. After listening to the book about 5-6 times, I'm still not sure the author answered his own question- "What is the Gospel". The one point I will remember is the question of why the angel who visited Cornelius didn't just tell him the story of the gospel. Why involve Peter? The answer was good, the point was great. This question alone, will make me listen to the book for a 7th time, God help me!
