This is my first audible review. Most of the books I have listened to have been just ok. Travis Baldree being the best of the bunch. These two narrators were on another level though. Fantastic job and a great story.

The advertisement offered the ultimate Virtual Reality experience. Using a new technology known as Immersive Virtual Reality or IVR, you could truly experience the game as if you were in it. For someone who has been confined to a wheelchair all of his life, the promise was impossible to ignore, but only a few would be invited to take part in the Alpha test of the new game. Devon decided he would be one of those few.

All around great story. Couldn't have been happier. Only criticism would be an overly long status page. Sorry to hear the author has passed away. He had a great talent.

I try not to write bad reviews. But... I just can't hold back. Spoiler warning. Mc is the guy from highschool that had it all and losses it. He has few redeeming qualities. Enjoys drugs, drinking, and will bang anything that moves. Only positive thing I can say is he's loyal. Notice I didn't mention smart because there is little to no intelligence shown through the whole story. After being bitten by a vampire he must go through many trials and tribulations to complete the process within 3 days. He feels there is no time for sleep but there is time to have unimaginative sex with anything he comes across. Also despite no background in fighting goes through vampire heavies like a fat kid through candy bars. Overall if I wasn't listening to this while on the job I would have @#$% canned it long ago. Totally felt bad for the guy narrating the story, he did a great job with what he had.

first let me say I could only stomach the first six chapters. The main character is so ignorant that all I can handle. Want an example. Doctor: Kaden this A.I will be integrated with you for the rest of your life. Make your decisions with it carefully. Kaden: Install time six hours. whowee! Ain't there an express install. Doctor: Kaden that not a good idea. Kaden: I got this doc! Yeah. that dumb.
