Good information and background with the various fasting options along with the benefits of the different options. Easy to understand and follow. Also includes do's and don'ts and good ways to break a fast. Dr Fung and his associates make fasting informative and let you know that you can do this! Sample fasting and low carb pdf to assist you on your journey.

I really enjoyed Dr. Fung's method and approach which is simple and to the point. Good research with proven examples and long standing research done by others. Yes there are quite a few other points and examples before getting to the "good stuff" but well worth it when it comes to confirming what a lot of us already suspected! Some of the "healthy" foods(not really) and the marketing that went into selling this to the American public let alone the world. I was surprised by some of the facts that he had thrown out and decided to research a few of his statements on my own. I was surprised to find them absolutely true, and no I'm not going to tell you which statements, as it should be part of your journey and discovery of what we have held to be true/factual.
Dr. Fung discusses all different types of diets and in the end all diets work "short term" and all diets fail "long term" if you have suspected you have a hormone and/or insulin issue, this maybe the book for you to help you reset and gain understanding of how to go about resetting yourself.
I'm looking forward to reading and learning more about the fasting and it's benefits for my long term success! Happy reading/listening. (Oh and be sure to go all the way through appendix A and B, even more details on triggers such as cortisol/stress and techniques.)

Molly never disappoints, and Amanda is spectacular as always. For those that have followed the Half Moon Hollow crew this will not disappoint you. For those who haven't followed, you will be wanting the rest of them and they will deliver.

Yes, once again KC has captured RL news and put it in her wonderful stories

Who was your favorite character and why?

Macrieve of course and really liked his twin...who is the voice of reason.

Which character – as performed by Robert Petkoff – was your favorite?

RP does such a great job with Kresley's books, its very difficult to say which is a favorite.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This is a roller coaster ride, you may find yourself crying on one chapter and laughing on the next.

Uilleam MacRieve aka Will believed he’d laid to rest the ghosts of his boyhood, and then he is captured by the Order, and all his ghosts come back. Chloe is going thru changes of her own, and captured by the Lore and put on the auction block. As the daughter of the leader of the Order she is much hated...but as you may have guessed she is Will's mate. He must come to terms with her turning and what she is turning into, and bury his own past to move forward. Chloe has to come to terms with the fact that she is becoming something that her father hates and studies and become what she is meant to be for her and Will.

Would you listen to The Art of Seducing a Naked Werewolf again? Why?

Ohhh yes, Maggie and her political incorrectness and Nick the outsider aka Monkey Man who can be so naive about Maggie.

What other book might you compare The Art of Seducing a Naked Werewolf to and why?

Any of the "Naked Werewolf" series by Molly are so funny and cute, and yet still have the nice "who dunnit" endings along with the bad man getting his due.

Which scene was your favorite?

Loved the scene when Nick was sitting on an outcropping of rock overlooking the valley and Maggie approaches in her wolf form. Nick thinks that Mo (main character from book 1 another must read, but not manditory) is the werewolf and calls Maggie...Mo. Maggie in turn huffs at him, and promptly bites him on the rearend...then there's references of inflatable donuts and so on...makes for some fun listening.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

This is just a wonderful listen, although there are some serious issues here and there and they aren't taken lightly...(caring for the elderly who have memory issues) but they are warm and caring pack who take care of one another. Just a funny and entertaining read.

Where does How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Molly and Amanda are a dynamo...you can't beat these two teamed up on a storytelling adventure. Love the story line, and the twists and turns that Molly has in her books.

What other book might you compare How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf to and why?

How to Run with a naked werewolf another great with Molly and Amanda, and also the Lynsay Sands series (although not quite as funny as Molly but still a good read/listen)

What does Amanda Ronconi bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Amanda has a wonderful strong voice, and does a wonderful job with different character voices. I've become quite the fan, and have started looking at other books she narrates.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Dating the average guy is easy you should try flirting with a werewolf!

I absolutely can't wait for Molly's next book in this series, and I hope that Amanda will be right there with her wonderful voice.
