Mixed Bag

If the author had less of an obsession with trying to hit every social topic of the
Moment, probably could have shaved 10 hours worth of time. I have never been disappointed with Sanderson, EVER…until
now. Some character arcs were amazing, just hoping books 6-10 get us back on track.

Another Great Story

Neal Stephenson knocked another one out of the park. His ability to turn speculative IT science into an epic story of ascension to heaven, the retelling of the creation story, and epic battles sings to his talent as a writer.
I really look forward to his next great book.

Always a fan

I have been a fan of Stephenson’s work since Snow Crash. He has a great sense of detail in the science that he presents and rarely presents things that are not in his wheelhouse of knowledge.
Seveneves was great story that really recommend to any sci-fi fan. The first half is presents the bleakness if the situation where you feel as if the whole cast will die in the next chapter. And the second half is it’s own story altogether, with a great tie-in at the end.
Dry at times but very excited for more, if there is more.
