Great books kinda just ends?

The books have been a really fun ride and I have really enjoyed watching the characters grow stronger but I have a huge problem with the ending it feels like it just stops like author either didn't know that to do or just tired of this story and so many plot points are just left open and not resolved with the last chapters handwaveing away major things just to say everything turns out fine

Pretty good but

I really like the story when it gets going I do think the start is a bit frustrating getting tossed in with little to nothing is fine but I feel like you don't really understand what is happening and it doesn't flow well from the first part to the meat of the story but as soon as your in I have no big issues with it.

for the most part the narrator isn't bad a few times he slips out of the characters voice and that can kinda be a bit confusing but the voices themselves are good and can't wait to hear more

I just came from the challenger's call and like up to book 3 in that do I thought I'd give this a try.

I like it first and foremost that being said it does have high similarity between this and the challenger's call so if you like that then perfect, this is for you if not might wanna pass I think its fun enough for me to give the next one a try and see where this can go if it's to similar or just different enough to make me want to keep listening.
