Great Combination!

I read and or listen to alot of horror. which means I read and or listen to quite a bit of bad horror . Just like in movies you have kiss alot of frogs before you find a Stephen King. This book was great. Give it a min when listening. Let story develop.
Now, JS Arquin, Is my new favorite narrator! I cannot say enough about his talent. So I won't try. Just going to say he is Fantastic! The only reason I did not give a full 5 star is the ending could be better. But as we all know ending are hard and double hard in horror. I didn't hate ending just not great. Dont let that discourage you from listening to this book. Its definitely worth the credit spent.

I am a huge fan of anything horror. I picked the first book because I loved the Ring movies. This is not anything like the movies. it is so much better. Also so much more then a horror story. This book was narrated by Michael Crouch. One of the best in the business and perfect for this story
I would love to see this made into a movie, but I also worry the big movie machine would ruin it.
I noticed it is categorized under young adults in somethings. Dont let this scare you off. although it is completely appropriate for teens, I am a little... okay, alot older. All in all great book. Great narration.

READ PSYCHOSIS FIRST!!!

Great narrators! loved Johnathan Rand. He really brought the character of Marco to life. great. story. I even loved the ending. Which is not always true for horror stories.
I strongly recommend, READ PSYCHOSIS FIRST!!! I tried to read Haunted first, had to stop and read Psychosis before I finished Haunted. luckily I was only about 8 chapters in. There's over 40 chapter.

Definitely read this before Haunted!

I loved the book and the narrator. I had started listening to Haunted first. but after a few chapters I stopped and started psychosis. I probably could have fi.ished book and really enjoyed story but, I knew I it would be much better if I read this first. Great story. Great narrator.

Not a horror novel!

I was so disappointed in this book. Being a young girl in the 80's, it was great for a couple chapters. Then the nostalgia wore off and it was down hill from there. The only good thing is that it was free so I didnt loose a credit.
This was in my reccomend list. I love horror novels. It is definitely not a horror novel .

I was so looking forward to this story Searched for it. waste of time. Narrator was the only good part of this story. There was no depth to the tale. So much just left unexplained. Indian was unclimactic. With no closure.

The only negative I can give is M, it was not longer! Loved the story. Loved the narrator! My first book by author, will not be my last!
