Stick to the meat and potatoes

Using descriptors from this book: Stick to the meat and potatoes and skip the vegan stories. I quit listening and began skipping entire chapters that dove into the fictional stories that were intended to create context around MJ's message in this book. What's the probability of this listener being in the TAM for a future M DeMarco book? Zero if it's like the effort included here.
TLDR, I don't care that you're vegan and I don't want to listen to a fictional story that supports your justification for being vegan. that's NOT why I bought this book. I won't be buying another if you continue down this path. The subtitle of this book should be "How a fictional married couple used their knowledge of veganism and information found in previous MJ DeMarco books to exit the rat race with commentary by MJ DeMarco.

This book has an above average message but for me as a listener and long time fan of the 100/0 principle I found the biblical references to the bible and God a pointless add to insert the writer's religious beliefs into this book while adding no value to the 100/0 principle or its message.
Narration was too slow for my liking, fortunately audible let's us control playback speed.
