Good story but…

The story is good but the chapters are ended at odd spots. It makes the story feel choppy. It needs some polish.
I can tell that the narrator has gotten stronger with her voice work since the first book. I look forward to hearing more from her.

Found this book through the voice actor, which I was recommended to listen to by a friend. I enjoyed Michelle’s angsty delivery of trepidation and how as the main character became more knowledgeable of herself the confidence could be heard in the delivery of the story. I can’t wait to hear more.

In this third book of the custard protocol Primrose Tunsdall deals with this exact issue. Gail Carriger deals with coming out in such wonderful way. The worrying, the self denial, the inner turmoil... This book might be set in 1895 but the story holds true for now as well.
