The Jake Travis series are my favorites
Revisado: 05-26-16
What did you like best about this story?
This entire series of books are very good. I started with The Cardinal Sin and then read the first two in the series. Jake Travis leads a very interesting life and I really like his sense of humor. They can be read in any order as they are stand alones.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
This book made me laugh out loud in quite a few places.
Any additional comments?
I can't wait for the next one to come out!!

A really good book
Revisado: 05-26-16
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I have recommended this book as it keeps you very interested all the way through to the ending.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I would never have the time to listen to a book all in one setting unless I was taking a road trip. But this is one I hated to stop. I listen only to and from work and sometimes wanted to stay in my car and continue listening.

A very nice read
Revisado: 05-26-16
If you could sum up A Cold and Broken Hallelujah in three words, what would they be?
Kept me interested.
Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?
I enjoyed this book and the narrator did an excellent job. I didn't find too many surprises out of the book but it certainly didn't bore me at all.

This book kept me interested all the way through. Even had a few surprises for me that I didn't see coming.
What does Simon Vance bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Simon Vance did an excellent job of narrating. He made each character sound different as they were conversing.

Good book with some twists
Revisado: 04-20-16
I enjoyed listening to this book. It had a few twists that I didn't see coming. Another reviewer complained about the believability but why would I want that in a book? Believability is your own life not something you want for entertainment purposes. The narrator has a nice voice and she got better the further she went.

I loved this book
Revisado: 04-19-16
The story is written extremely well and I certainly didn't guess the ending. It kept me interested. The narrator, Justine, is very talented. She has a great voice and did a fabulous job of the various characters with their different accents from many different countries. The story flip flops between two different timelines but it's not confusing at all.

Interesting read
Revisado: 03-27-16
This is the third Tracy Crosswhite book I've read. The fourth will coming out soon and I plan to get it. The narrator does a really good job at the many different voices. She has a very pleasant and easy-going voice. All these books are stand-alone stories so no cliffhangers involved.

A very different book
Revisado: 03-13-16
I enjoyed listening to this book. The narrators do a very good job. The same time period is told over and over again by all the main characters in the book. You get to hear their perspectives for the same period. Then another character picks up the story and tells their story. This repeats itself until they've all told their story. It was confusing to me in the beginning as to what was happening. It does end in a cliffhanger though. So if you only want to read one book in this series, then know it ends in a cliffhanger.

Don't bother unless you aren't very mature
Revisado: 02-20-16
I stopped after three chapters. It could get better later on but decided at the moment not to waste my time. Since I'm in my car about two hours a day, driving to and fro, to work, I like Audible books. I listened for two hours and found myself disliking the conversations taking place between two 16 year olds. I'm certainly not a prude and I like grown up sex, but not ridiculous conversation. Removing from my Audible app on my iPhone.
