This is a “from the start” direct information and lesson on true leadership! There’s no “fluff” or wordy sections, just flat out “here’s how you set the example!”. You can tell the author is very effective and efficient in their processes. A great read and/or listen!

Not for the White Male per Rachel Rogers

I was looking forward to listening to this audiobook but in her introduction for “who this book is for”, it was clearly stated it was for LGBTQ and people of color, not for the white male “who has every thing handed to them in this country”. First of all, yes I am a while make, but nothing has ever been handed to me in my life. I certainly wish it was, but in reality I’m glad it hasn’t because, what I have currently has been received due to hard work and determination, not handed to me. No person in this world who is born into a poor family has anything handed to them, I don’t care what color or creed the person. I was simply turned off by that comment and will get other books for motivation.
