When reading on faith, it is wise to go to the source first( the Holy Bible). In studying it, one will see that God did NOT die on the cross, instead Scripture says that His Son Jesus Christ did. It will also be revealed through studying the Scriptures that the “ trinity doctrine “ is a false doctrine. There is only ONE God, not three. To obtain salvation we all must know, believe , and follow the TRUE gospel message otherwise our faith is vain.
I would not recommend this book, unless it is to see through comparison with Scripture,how deception takes place in this present day.
It is time to repent , be baptized for the remission of sins and believe on Jesus for the time of His return grows nearer .

Your team can only be as effective as you are. There is nowhere to throw blame when you are a team manager because the buck stops with you. However, when you do succeed as a team manager or leader, what you find is that your team members will follow your lead and will do so with added enthusiasm if they see that you have enthusiasm and vision to get the job done.

A lot of useful advice
Revisado: 06-23-19
While the book is lengthy, I personally found much needed guidance not only in how to lead a team but also how to identify and mitigate problems where situations have in the past already or presently are beginning to erode the successfulness of the team .
Definitely plan to revisit this book.
