Amazing Listen
Revisado: 08-06-24
Listening to Mattie read to you is an amazing experience knowing he really, really wanted to be sober his whole life. It is also so heart breaking to know that he wrote about his life with such honesty and truth while knowing he passes away a couple years later. He wanted to be loved and respected and he did have so many do both from us watching him while he was acting on screen. Bless you Mattie ❤️🤗❤️🤗

With an institution long plagued by antiquated ideas around race, class and money, the monarchy and those who prop it up are now exposed and at odds with a rapidly modernizing world.

Misleading support of the Crown
Revisado: 12-30-23
Don't be fooled into thinking this book supports the Crown and the Royal family. The Endgame is a stab at the Royal family and the Crown in a round about way to persuade the listener to support the Sussex family and to break the listeners faith in the Royal family.
This book seems to have a hidden agenda to talk down about everyone in the Royal family except for the Sussex's. The Sussex's are receiving full support from the author...I wonder how much of this received hidden input or support from the Sussex's to make them look good in the publics eye to regain their public standing...
The very few compliments to the Royal family were back handed and very passive aggressive from the beginning to the end. I don't trust any person who is passive aggressive and not straight forward.
The book is another form to sway the listener's to support the Sussex family.

Well written and enjoyable
Revisado: 09-02-21
I am a huge fan of Van Gogh and was interested in hearing this book, but I was not sure how much I would enjoy it. I truly enjoyed this book and was very Intrigued by all of the details and lived how the author made you feel like you knew Van Gogh on a personal basis. This is well written and captivated my attention immediately. I feel like I was there watching and admiring his talents in person. The detailed descriptions of his artwork made me look up each one to study the painting as it was described with feelings and emotions. I will read this one again!
