A panic attack is a sudden and intense feeling of anxiety, fear, or anticipation, without any real danger. Generally the symptoms of a panic attack arise unexpectedly, peak within 10 minutes, and then subside. Some attacks, however, can last longer or happen in succession, making it difficult to determine when one attack finishes and another starts.

I absolutely recommend it for anyone battling anxiety or panic disorder. This book is a great read I finished the entire book in two days I couldn’t put its down.
