Echo
Revisado: 03-03-19
I have to reiterate the most common critique of this audiobook, the narration is ghastly. I can barely believe that anyone involved in this project signed off on this narrator’s inclusion.
It really is like listening to an infomercial for ten hours. I sped playback up to 1.5x just to make it bearable.
Otherwise, this book is full of invaluable information. I’m pleased to have strong guidelines as a squeaky new agent. I’m totally confident that I will be able to implement every aspect of this book into my business. It is exceptionally relieving to not have to reinvent the wheel.
I will be purchasing the physical book as a reference.

Historia
Thousands of new real estate agents have bought The Honest Real Estate Agent since it was first published in 2011. This audiobook will help you build a fulfilling and meaningful career. One of the drawbacks of most real estate schools is they teach you only how to pass the real estate exam. They don't teach you how to succeed as a real estate Agent once you get your license. Experienced and new agents will benefit greatly from listening to this audiobook.

I wondered what being a realtor was like and what it entailed
Revisado: 10-07-18
So, I bought this book and it was the perfect fit. If you are curious wether you should go into real estate this is a great primer to give you an idea of what your day will look like and what personality traits will help you succeed. If you have already begun as a realtor and want advanced selling techniques, this book isn’t geared toward that but can give you good advice on where and how to find that information. Jannatpour uses a formal but approachable voice to address the core foundation of being a successful AND contented realtor. He gives advice about what he sees as the biggest mistake realtors make, sacrificing scruples for closings, all the way to how to build, fill, and maintain a client pipeline. He includes testimonials from other realtors in comparison to his own assertions about being a successful realtor. This book is perfect if you have had daydreams about a change in career and want to know if real estate is the right option for you. It has been instrumental in my decision to pursue real estate by helping me to focus my energy. Jannatpour has helped me to see what attitudes have not been motivating me, as well as showing me what practices I can nurture to be the best version of myself that I aspire to.

Introduction put the fear of new age paradigm into me...
Revisado: 08-22-16
However, after the introduction the good Dr. speaks entirely uninterrupted. He is dynamic, interesting, funny, and most importantly the information is incredible science based fact. His delivery is also easily digestible, though scientifically based, and entirely helpful. It is also nice to find relationship related guidance that doesn't involve colors, numbers, animals, crystals or any other sewage many "self help" charlatans pass as enlightened living.
