Historia
Lynesse is the lowly Fourth Daughter of the queen, and always getting in the way. But a demon is terrorizing the land, and now she's an adult (albeit barely) with responsibilities (she tells herself). Although she still gets in the way, she understands that the only way to save her people is to invoke the pact between her family and the Elder sorcerer who has inhabited the local tower for as long as her people have lived here (though none in living memory has approached it).

Historia
Victory seems within Artorian’s grasp when a deep dive becomes deep fried. Armed with beam weaponry against unreasonable rats, he’s making impressive progress on the Eternia Beta Run. Thanks in part to the Dwarves, and their relentless cheers to "Push...the...button!" There are a few final challenges that loom large on his path to triumph: the frozen continental storm, Fuyu No Arashi; the Matchless Gaston, and the final boss...Pag!

Madness You Say
Revisado: 08-31-23
Characters really use the word madness to describe their actions a lot in this one. Especially Artorian.
Story is slow, but by this point don’t kid yourself, you’re invested.
Narration is getting better, but weird obtrusive sound effects are on the increase.
Solid continuation. We got like 8 more to go before the end (maybe?)!

More like Xenocide’s Archives
Revisado: 05-12-23
So at this point I’m pretty sure Artorian is Xenocide. The parallels have been there for years, and this series is really driving him there in such a humanist way. By the end of this series I’ll be making roast puppy and playing ball with my boy too.
Like other reviewers have mentioned, this one is fluffy and has an overwhelming amount of pop culture references. I get it, that Cal’s world is the building block for ours, I’d just like the references more cleverly veiled.
Hoping for our Caltopian’s to start infiltrating history soon!

Historia
The world watches the sky with trepidation. The insanity of Xenocide knew no bounds, and all will soon suffer the effects he had planned for a millennium. Though none know what is to come, they all know it isn't going to be easy to survive. The Master has a plan, one that can give the world at large a way to escape the onrushing desolation. It may be on the bleeding edge of morality and what he needs might prove too difficult to secure, but the Master asks for trust. Cal and Dale both have their role to play as the world hurtles toward destruction.

Dropped the ball
Revisado: 10-24-19
While Luke Daniels isn’t a bad narrator, it’s an issue.
4 out of 5 books were narrated by Vikas Adams... changing at the last moment was a poor choice. I just can’t appreciate Luke Daniels narration on this work when I’m used to Adams’ style and characters.

Excellent Customer Service
Revisado: 07-25-19
Seriously, this monthly freebie was the best yet. I’ve experienced some of Larry Correia’s novels in the past and found them just shy of lacking that certain something, but hot dang does this short story deliver!
Pros: comedy, self defacing humor, space monsters, bureaucracy, unpaid interns, and a bad to the bone protagonist that can hold his own while teamed up with Chuck Norris in an alien brawl.
Cons: I stopped laughing once or twice, but I guess the opportunity to breath once or twice was worth it.

Set on the desert planet Arrakis, Dune is the story of the boy Paul Atreides, who would become the mysterious man known as Maud'dib. He would avenge the traitorous plot against his noble family and would bring to fruition humankind's most ancient and unattainable dream.

Political intrigue and subterfuge done right, this story will captivate you and keep you listening all the way through. Not only is the story grand, but the voice acting is superb throughout. Like, really superb.
Definitely worth the time and the credit.

Historia
Henry and Jason led normal lives in Seattle before they were abducted to another world. Their kidnapper, the vain, self-styled god Dolos, refuses to send them back unless they can accomplish an impossible task. Oddly, Dolos doesn't seem to care if they succeed or not. Luckily, Henry and Jason studied Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) on Earth. Unfortunately, a Japanese American EMT and a geeky IT programmer don't have many other useful skills on a sword-and-sorcery world like Ludus.

Can’t stop, hopefully won’t stop
Revisado: 04-24-18
An interesting delve into a wonderfully entertaining world. The characters each are enjoyable and well considered. Some minor choices kept this book from being a five star rating in all categories (mostly odd asides involving the author’s name and the publishing company). The voice actor does a spectacular job narrating the story, as well as character dialogue. If you’re a fan of fantasy stories, mostly light-hearted adventure romps, or even the LitRPG style of character leveling via game mechanics you’ll thoroughly enjoy this series. I’m looking forward to more in this series and have become truly invested in this world.

Historia
For eons, conquering dungeons has been the most efficient way to become a strong adventurer. Although not everything is as straightforward as it seems. Several questions have always plagued the minds of those who enter these mythical places of power: why are there so many monsters? Where do the amazing weaponry and heavy gold coins come from? Why does the very air fill with life-giving energies? Cal has all of the answers to these age-old questions, for a very simple reason. He is a Dungeon Heart.
