It’s my 4 children, my partner, those who I want to help by bettering myself so I can help catalyze their healing through my touch, through my turbulent compassion filled soul. Thank you from the past layers of my being, for the abused child, the anorexic/ bulimic abused teen, abused mother, abused woman, desperately self sacrificing, grasping, toxically self medicating me I’m learning not to be.
