Horrible narrator voice and the content was underwhelming

The narrator voice is absolutely HORRIBLE to listen to. I had to speed it up quite a lot. The content was not great either. Very meh. I wish I would have spent the money I paid for this book on another instead. Very cliche content and far more than half of it was the author taking about the supposed stories that these “techniques” were successful. It’s literally just briefly talking about manifesting and meditating. It was not worth the purchase.
