Took a chance

With over 300 books in my library I try not to get hooked on a series that's only a trilogy, with that being said I did. Not only did I get hooked but I'm now halfway through the second book in this trilogy for a second time. I can't wait for book 3, well I guess I can just wish I didn't have to. App improvement request, include functionality to follow new releases to a book series.

Narrator is the worse I have ever heard.

I'm a fan of Faith's other series (Yellowrock) but couldn't get into this one, the narrator just shut down all my ability to merge into the book.
The only redeeming quality I believe she has is to put sugar high kids to sleep in less than 10 minutes.
I returned the book and used the credit to listen to Jim Butcher's new series.

Would you try another book from Warren Murphy and Gerald Welch and/or the narrators?
I would not try another book by Murphy and Welch. I had fond memories of the Destroyer Series and thought that this would take up where I had left off back in the 80's, but I was disappointed by this attempt.

Based on his delivery and style I would not buy another book by this author.
What could Anthony DeStefano have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
I think a different narrator could have helped bring this book to life, the author lacked the ability to engage the listener.
