The story and narration show him to be an idiot. Where’s the fun in that? A good man who’s strong need not be stupid. No smart woman wants a dumb guy. Disappointed in a normally great author.

A great book ruined by political commentary

This book was humorous well written and an easy listen until the excessive political commentary overshadowed the well written stories. Especially condemning people who didn’t react as the author would have wanted them to or they perhaps should have, in hindsight.
