After years of fighting my negative thoughts and feelings and constantly imposing positive affirmations and trying to force positive feelings on myself while my life went down hill anyway comes this wonderful liberating book. Thank you so much for writing it!

This medittations are really wonderful and soothing. They have help me let go and feel good and relaxed and get a sense of well being when I feel down, tense or just feel bad inside for any reason. The nerarator has a very soothing and calming voice and the content is excellent. I highly recommend this book.
