Love you guys!

I love your podcast! It's nice to have the legal side explained.
My question is this-are lawyers and judges eligible for jury duty? Logic suggests they wouldn't be chosen by one side or the other for obvious reasons. But are they in the pool like everyone else?

Historia
It's fair to say that Janet Jackson was always destined to be a performer, even if she would have preferred a law degree. Starting life as the baby sister of The Jackson 5, she first took the stage at age seven, and by her teen years was an accomplished actress, as well. But her efforts to separate herself from her domineering father led her to an unwise first marriage, and her superstardom appears to have led her to some interesting efforts at keeping her private life private. Historia
On a Friday afternoon, Dr. Rick Lohstroh parked in his ex-wife Deborah Geisler’s driveway waiting to pick up his two sons. It had been a nasty custody battle and their ten year old son, Aaron, had turned completely against his father. Every pickup day was drama. This day it was worse, Deborah and the boys were running late after having to get her car towed and everyone was in a foul mood. While Deborah was helping her seven year old son, Kurt, tie his shoes, Aaron found his backpack and climbed into the back of his dad’s SUV, in the seat directly behind him. In his backpack was a loaded ...
