I LOVED this book! Adrian Tchaikovsky is easily my 2nd favorite author now.. what a great writer! This story was fantastic and really made me think! The twists and turns were incredible right up until the very end! Fantastic! These stories he creates are so amazing!

This book was incredible. It was so unlike his normal books but I ate fantasy Stephen King UP!! I enjoyed this SO MUCH! It was such an easy, easy listen. I had zero problems turning this on every chance I had a moment to listen. Not that that's ever really a problem with his books, he's my favorite author, but sometimes I have to take a break because things get so fu**ed up lol but I got right through this. Charlie was wonderful.. now THAT'S how you build a character, I mean wow.. I just felt the emotions of every piece and experience of this and it was amazing.. this will DEF be replayed!

This is now one of my favorite books.. I've listened to it at LEAST 5 separate times. The characters, the concept, all of it amazing!
Reading about a future so far gone from us but still so close is eerie in the absolute best way. The moral questions, the 2nd hand embarrassment, the chaos all packaged up.. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this book and VERY MUCH SO recommend!

Great book!...not enough tragedy?

This 2nd book was much longer than the 1st and was a super fun read! I know and love these characters and the performance really locked me into the book.
I would say my only critique would be that they miraculously make it out nearly unscathed too often..as in every time..not that I want one of the characters to die but they've been in some really hairy situations and it seems like they should have lost someone..even Mr. Peppers made it! lol overall though, putting that aside, it was a great book!

I couldn't have asked for a better ending to this incredible trilogy! wow, just wow! Perfect! I really was just so entertained and enthralled in it! Now my 2nd favorite author and a close 2nd at that. Out of childhood loyalty to Stephen King 1st place can't be usurped lol but very very close 2nd. The performance was phenomenal! Kyla Garcia is a gem, seriously. I hope to use her talent for my own book here in the future. Just amazing with a great ending that left enough questions for me to still long for the serpents wisdom but... these things are known
