Historia
#1 New York Times bestselling author Jonathan Kellerman writes unforgettable tales of crime and detection that expose the shadowy side of glittering Los Angeles. And in Evidence, listeners are once again in the dexterous grip of a master storyteller and stylist equally skilled at teasing your brain and taking your breath away.In the half-built skeleton of a monstrously vulgar mansion in one of L.A.’s toniest neighborhoods, a watchman stumbles on the bodies of a young couple–murdered in flagrante and left in a gruesome postmortem embrace.

Great story
Revisado: 06-25-21
Evidence kept us on the edge of our seats until the end. It was a great distraction on our 14 hour drive and I don’t think we could have handled sitting in traffic for hours on end if it hadn’t been for this book. I love Milo’s snarky comments and comebacks and the dynamics between the characters. Looking forward to the next one!

Historia
To Senior Midwife Lucy Ryuan, pregnancy is not an unusual condition - it's her life's work. But when two kidnappings and a vicious stabbing happen on her watch in a university hospital in Manhattan, her focus abruptly changes. Something has to be done, and Lucy is fearless enough to try. Rumors begin to swirl, blaming everyone from the Russian Mafia to an underground adoption network. Lucy teams up with a skeptical NYPD detective to solve the case, but the truth is far more twisted than a feisty single mom could ever have imagined.

Ridiculous
Revisado: 04-22-21
One of the worst stories I’ve ever listened to. The main character wasn’t the least bit likable and was running off to the police station more than caring for her patients. No reason she should be at the center of an investigation when she was a midwife, not law enforcement. Time to find a new author to follow.
