The book was recommended by a friend and it teaches you things you could learn from many other books. Theres not much that is unique about it. The teaching style by the author is very heavily religious. There may be a few things that you could learn from this, but overall it is a disappointing read. I expected something with spiritual guidance but the book is a dreadful self help read peppered with a lot of mentions about the author’s religion. Not an interesting read for me.
