Just what I needed

I love this storyline and the main characters presented in this book. There were a few twists and lines that I predicted but they weren’t the most important plot points and made the book comfortable to listen to. The narrator is great and I wish she narrated more of my favorites! Her voices are varied and she doesn’t falter in her character. I did read in the hopes of some spicy scenes and sadly this book only has one scene with any spice but I’m hoping the next book will be a bit more accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

I loved every single word

Each book gets better

The author is clearly developing her style and character development. The language used by the narrator is maturing as the main character develops and I am absolutely in love with Hudson. I enjoyed this one even more than the last book and the storyline definitely keeps you guessing. Biggest downsides I see are the male narrator and the fight scenes. The male narrator doesn’t sound at all like I envisioned Hudson sounding like l, and his accent is pretty bad. The fight scenes themselves are great but the author seems to wax poetic a bit too often during the last quarter of the book while major events unfold. All in all the upsides definitely outweigh the bad and I love this book. I can’t wait for the next one!

The writing style was much improved compared to the last book and although predictable the ending was so incredibly satisfying it was worth the read and I can’t wait for the next book!

AMAZING

I adore Felicity Brandon's writing style but hearing her words with this narrator took her story to an entirely new level. Incredibly immersive and NSFW- would definitely recommend!!!
