Historia
In Noble Volunteers: The British Soldiers Who Fought the American Revolution, Don N. Hagist brings life to these soldiers, describing the training, experiences, and outcomes of British soldiers who fought during the Revolution. Drawing on thousands of military records and other primary sources in British, American, and Canadian archives, and the writings of dozens of officers and soldiers, Noble Volunteers shows how a peacetime army responded to the onset of war, how professional soldiers adapted quickly and effectively to become tactically dominant, and more.

botched edition at chapter 13
Revisado: 12-06-22
starting at around 6:31:20 the edition forgot to delete the multiple takes of the narrator reading the book.
you can hear the same sentences being repeated 3, 4 times, throat-cleaeing, mouse clicking (to pass the pdf pages I presume) and even the narrator misspronoubcing a word and commenting "that's not even a word..." and then trying again, which, while funny, took me completely out of focus, and I learned nothing from Chapter 13 (haven't finushed the rest of the book yet to see if it stops at any point, but the entirety of Chapter 13 is like this)
now, normally I can only rank a book over Story; Performance and Overall, none of those are Edition, so I don't quite know how to rank this other than giving a bad overall because there is at least one entire Chapter I could learn nothing from.
I'm hoping they can get the edition team to fix these parts so I can actually listen to their content. maybe keep the unedited part as a "making of" at the end of the book, but definitely fix the uncuted takes

Revisado: 10-11-22
Female lead gets raped.

Chapter cut short?
Revisado: 10-06-22
A few chapters of this book seen to have being cut short. I don’t know if it was an error when downloading it on my part or an error on the recording/editing of this book, but I few like I missed quite a few chunks of the story because of that

a great start for a new arch
Revisado: 07-03-22
From books 1 to 3, we saw Wu Ying's journey as a Body Cleanser, and from books 4 to as a Energy Gatherer, now, in book 7, he starts his journey as a Core Cultivator.
If from books 1 to 3 he had to learn to accept his new place in the world, and on books 4 to 6 he had to discover and integrate the secrets of his bloodline to his Cultivation, it is now time to understand and integrate his Dao to it;
Where as from books 1 to 3 intrigue and politics were but as distant thought to Wu Ying, the vaguery and wims of Elders and nobles as arcane to him as the mysteries of the Dao, and on books 4 to 6 they were a second thought, the young dragon often choosing to act impulsevely and deal with the fallout later, now, as a Core Cultivator, he finds that the unspoken rules that dictate the actions of his peers are more than mere decorum, and that he can no longer impetuously jump into action at the slightest sign of trouble, but that paying heed to the responsabilities that comes with his powers often means to stay his hand, and act by ways of intrigue, to subtly analyze the situation and prepare his hand.
this book presents Wu Ying against an elusive opponent hidden among dozens of "lesser" cultivators and mortals that would fall as colateral, were him to rustticaly jump into action as he is used to do, and remembering all to well seen the peasants bemoaning their fields on the wake of fighting dragons, Wu Ying must rise up to the occasion in a much more sofisticated way than he is used to if he is to solve this problem without making casualties of those around him that have yet to break through to Core stage
