Historia
He was the first person to inspire her, to move her, to truly understand her. Was he meant to be the last? Lucy is faced with a life-altering choice. But before she can make her decision, she must start her story - their story - at the very beginning. Lucy and Gabe meet as seniors at Columbia University on a day that changes both of their lives forever. Together, they decide they want their lives to mean something, to matter. When they meet again a year later, it seems fated - perhaps they'll find life's meaning in each other.

What can I say, listening to stories about young loves makes me giddy and put a smile on my face. If you're a sucker for those kind of romance, this is one of those books!

Historia
After the economic meltdown of 2008, Warren Buffett famously warned, "beware of geeks bearing formulas." But as James Weatherall demonstrates, not all geeks are created equal. While many of the mathematicians and software engineers on Wall Street failed when their abstractions turned ugly in practice, a special breed of physicists has a much deeper history of revolutionizing finance.

Unhappy with the narration

Would you consider the audio edition of The Physics of Wall Street to be better than the print version?
NO!
What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?
It was more of a history of all the models developed by quants for Wall Street, but I couldn't listen any more when I got to the Options chapters. Hearing the narrator says "Black-SCOLE" model instead of "Black-Scholes" or "C-B-O-E" instead of "see-boh' killed the book for me.
