Very Good Overview

What did you love best about SEO Fundamentals?
It was clear and concise, with lots of current information. I had been out of the SEO world for a few years and wanted a primer on the current environment - this was exactly what I got. He didn't waste any time, he just got down to the useful information.

A Waste of Time

What disappointed you about The Millionaire Real Estate Investor?
The first 90 minutes of the book is just the author repeating platitudes about "overcoming your fear" and "getting past self doubt," over and over again. He basically said NOTHING. I thought this was a book on real estate investing, not a self help book from the 70's.
What was most disappointing about the authors’s story?
He didn't say anything. For the first 90 minutes he just kept repeating cliches. Maybe there was some good information later on but I couldn't get past all the repetitive nonsense. It wasted my valuable time.
Any additional comments?
To all authors, PLEASE just give us information. If you want to do a pep talk that is not related to the advertised subject matter, put it in a 5-10 minute introduction and then MOVE ON. Some of us don't have endless time for your hokey stories and platitudes.

Great Overview but Confusing at Times

If you could sum up Venture Deals in three words, what would they be?
Great VC overview
What did you like best about this story?
The authors did a great job describing every step of the VC and liquidation process.
Any additional comments?
My only issue was around the chapters dealing with specific items in the term sheet, which to me was the most important section. While the overview was valuable, much of the discussion was just the narrator reading legal clauses from an actual term sheet. This was often difficult to follow and, well, boring. It would have been much more interesting had they broken down each item and explained what it meant in layman's terms, and with more examples.
