Armored is a gripping tale that's filled with action, deceit, and heroism. I highly recommend that audible subscribers download a copy and listen to the tribulations of Duffy and his eccentric team of hired guns.

Aftet listening to Black Site, I can safely say that the late Dalton Fury's debut novel is a necessity to your library. As a former member of the US Army's Tier 1 Special Missions Unit, Mr. Fury has a lot of authenticity driving this novel. Everything from the tactics to the plot feels real and likely plausible.
In addition, Kolt Raynor is a different take on the usual thriller hero. While he is a highly talented former Delta Force shooter, he isn't infallible. In fact, he makes quite a few mistakes that end up biting him later in. He also makes good use of his allies and support, instead of acting like a one man army. Such things aren't usually seen in the genre. So if you have time and are looking for a good read, check out this and many more titles from Dalton Fury.

If there is one thing that is apparent in this over the top tale of interdimensional adventure, it is that Adam Baldwin had a lot of fun narrating. "A Murder of Manatees" continues to follow Tom Strangers themes and jokes and cranks them up to eleven. As with the last entry, no one is safe from being mocked. Hipsters, Bill Nye, Trump, and even this Earth's version of Larry Correia. While it would elicite a lot of laughs in written form, it's Adam Baldwin's performance that really sells it. He is perfect as Tom Stranger and does an excellent job of giving life to the quirky characters that show up. He's even got a knack for speaking Manatee.

So do yourself a favor and pick up "A Murder of Manatees" for a laugh out loud experience.

If you already purchased the print or ebook version, buy this audiobook. If you've just gotten to this entry in Larry Correia's thrill ride of a series, get this audiobook. If you haven't read any of the Monster Hunter International books, then buy this book after you get the previous three. A great plot, interesting characters, pulse-pounding action, and a good deal of humor are just a few reasons why this is a must buy.

Whether you've read all of Dresden's adventures or not, picking up the audio versions of Harry's stories never disappoints. James Marster's vocal work ties seemlessly in with the variety of twists and turns written by Mr. Butcher.

Whether you're new to the series or a veteran of the Gray Man's adventures, this entry in Court Gentry's adventures is a must-have. Mark Greaney has created another intricate tale of action and espionage while Jay Snyder brings it to life with his always excellent voice work. From the inner workings of the world's most notorious yet moral assassin, to the various technical details, the author and narrator prove to be masters of their craft.

Peter Nealen once again, delivers an adrenaline rush of a story. This time, the focus is on the South China Sea. Unlike his previous offerings, Kill Yuan has multiple viewpoints. If you've already read the book, I'd say do yourself a favor and get this audiobook so you can enjoy it again.

Since I already reviewed Alliance of Shadows as a regular e-book (spoiler: it is awesome and you should buy it), I figured I'd focus more of Mr. Pinchot's delivery of the story.

Once again, he knocks it out of the park with a five star performance. There were a few character voices that were different from the previous Dead Six audiobooks but it's minor and takes nothing away from the story or performance. His narration makes you feel like you are in the middle of the action, watching the sneaking and fighting that takes place in Paris. The characters are believable and Bronson Pinchot adds an appropriate amount of emotion when appropriate(such as when Lorenzo gets vicious). So I recommend that anyone who is interested should immediately buy this audiobook.

Another awesome tale from the Grimnoir series

While this story is short, it left me wanting more from the Grimnoir universe as this tale demonstrates that there is plenty more material that can be used. The author demonstrates that he can craft an excellent fight scene and the narrator's technique enhances the tension and excitement that a reader feels during said battle scenes. I certainly hope this won't be the last Grimnoir tale because I'm ready for more.

While Hard Magic was the book that got me sucked into the Grimnoir Chronicles, I feel that this may be the best one of the trilogy. While the other two were mostly restricted to the United States, this story took place in numerous locales and felt more like a journey all over the world. This book also did well in finishing story threads that were either important or just hinted at in the previous stories. I hope that the author revisits this universe in the near future. Perhaps, another series of novels...or at least I can hope.
