waste of time and money

another blah blah watery narration but an author who spends 8 out of 16 chapters just self promoting, saying how awesome she is and everyone around has conspired against her revelations. The remaining 8 chapters contain little to none useful information, and what's more annoying are stretched because the author took multiple cuts to record , constantly stumbling, heavily breathing which gets to your nerve
better spend money on buying books by KG Hypno birthing, Gentle Birth, Ina May Gaskin, Robin Lim
