While there are several solid points discussing common problems in the majority of business structure organizations and how they can fail to address certain needs. The notion all leadership described in Matts terms throughout the book are but one example of the many logical fallacies. This book and its premise would not survive in a fact based academic debate on many points. However, he brings up some interesting ideas. Worth the listen.
