An in depth look at a remarkable woman

From the first five minutes, she captured my interest. Ever since her strong and honest demeanor while testifying at the impeachment trial, I wanted to know more about her and her rise under George Bush, Barack Obama and Donald Trump.

She understands the disappointment of the middle class American and their anger at the ethical ambiguity of the 21st century. Much of what is happening in America, with political unrest, has plagued other countries and she clearly defines the comparisons. Her analysis of the behavior of powerful people gives great insight.

She shows young people, struggling to make a success in their careers and in life, to make good choices. Those of us who have experienced quality of life in the past decades, find this century to be far more chaotic, dishonest and financially difficult.

I highly encourage people who want to understand the serious need to address middle class prosperity, to read her book and experience her great wisdom. Thank you, Ms. Hill.

Not what I expected

Having read the reviews, I wonder if we were reading the same book. I disagree with many reviews in that I felt the reader was excellent in voice tone, cadence, and emphasis. I also disagree that this is a book for seasoned agents. I struggled through the first 6 chapters looking for anything that would teach me something I didn't already know. Then he got into the forms he uses and referred to a CD which I didn't have. All in all, the book was of no help to me in honing skills in real estate investment.

Sociological enlightenment

If you have ever wondered what the Africans of So. Africa tolerated during apartheid, this is the book for you. Told with the humor of the brilliant Trevor Noah, his beautiful diction and accent is intriguing. The relationship between him and his mother is beautiful. Not living in poverty for black So. Africans during this period was rare and earning money to eat real food and wear real clothes required illegal activity of which he was very successful.

It is also a story of domestic violence and how women overcame and still overcome surviving and raising strong children under physical and emotional threat.

You won't put it down. Enjoy!

Something very different

After reading books on 'How to get rich in ___", this book changes the face of reaching success.

Grant has no filter. He knows who he is. He is obsessed with his life and he doesn't apologize for being very different.

I found that I was a lot like him and appreciated the validation. This new information is a life changer. If doing what everyone tells you in those sales and marketing classes, isn't working for you, try Grant Cardone's approach.

He has a big personality and a bigger plan of action, but he shows humility and an ego well under control.

I highly recommend getting to know Grant Cardone and learn to be a different kind of extrovert.

Nothing here about Trumps agenda

Having been disappointed in the behavior of the current President, I bought this book to learn more about his agenda and how it would "Make America Great". I am now at chapter 13 and have heard nothing about the Trump agenda. I have been a captive audience of a man who wants to capitalize upon the hate and battle between parties. His steep slant toward conservatives ( only the nasty ones) is so profound that I feel he ripped off 3 hours of my life. The narration is catty, sarcastic, and childish. Save your money and listen to Rush Limbaugh where researched facts are of no necessity and inciting hate is the entertainment of the day. What a disappointment.

Mezmerizing

Dr Estes is the supreme storyteller. Her images and descriptions are so vivid. Lessons of morality are taught without judgement and her voice is that of an angel. this is her best book yet.

A Total Winner

Josh could charge $100 for this audio book and it would still be a great deal. He collectively teaches what it has taken me 40 years in the business world to learn. What a mind he has. His honesty about the process of writing the book, the insights he's learned from his research and his putting it together in an attention grabbing format are genius. Every entrepreneur should read this book before they spend a dime on an education at a university.

One of my all-time favorite books

This book kept my attention and fascination through her whole unbelievable life. To be in the right places, with the right people, at the right time and know to take advantage of every opportunity...well..she taught this time-worn businesswoman a thing or three.

I won't lie. It's deep.

Having heard so much about the 'Course In Miracles', I thought that it would flow and be much like Rhonda Byrnes or Marianne Williamson. This is not easy reading. Many people tell me 'The Four Agreements' is difficult to understand and I find it very fluid and easy to read and understand. 'The 'Course in Miracles' is not nighttime reading. It is what it says, a course. You have to be alert and focused to understand the concepts and teachings. It is no wonder that people convene to study the teachings in a group. I think this is the route to take if you really want to comprehend this book.
