Full of anecdotes, but no solid theories.

I was expecting to get an understanding of theory based on science--or at least an overarching hypothesis. This didn't have that. It had a lot of anecdotes and stories that it doesn't ty back to anything. Not worth the listen.

The course is great, but it refers to many demonstrations which you obviously can't see in the audio book. There is an accompanying pdf file, but it only has notes--no illustrations or diagrams.

Good behind the scenes account

Comey does a good job of describing his point of view. Trump is only the last part of the book. The rest describes Comey's earlier career and gives a feel for his philosophy and attitude towards government service and leadership. I'm sure he left out anything that would cast him in a bad light, but overall it is well worth reading.

So Disappointing

Not the typical Grisham. None of the plot lines are resolved. The murder is not solved. Very unsatisfying. I'm sure that is typical of the situation in Appalachia, but I read Grisham and expect an interesting story and a satisfying conclusion. That doesn't happen here.
