Being new to Stoic philosophy, I wasn’t sure what to expect from this guide. It is beautifully written, and has transformed my response to life’s challenges, and toward life itself. It’s given me applicable tools that I reach for daily. I listened via Audible (great narrator), and plan to purchase the hard copy as well. Highly recommend.
