I absolutely loved this book !! And what can I say, but Randi Johnson was at his best. I just recently lost my spouse so know that heartbreak. At least my children are grown because I don't think I could have gone through Thorne's pain. Raising his son by himself was becoming a heavy, but wanted burden. Logan burst intoThorne's life, just when two people, three counting Mason, were needing someone the most, Thorne's struggle to understand his feelings for Logan, his concern for his son and the guilt for caring about someone other than his dead mate, pulled him in different directions. Logan in the mean time, fell hard for the Alpha and then to learn he was pregnant set him in turmoil. Thanks to nosey friends and a smart 2 year old little boy will they find their happily ever after? This is a must read/listen too for the romantic at heart. Swoon worthy voice of Randi Johnson makes it happen. I would highly recommend this one to any and all.

Emotional all the way.

I have never lived a book like I did this one. I say lived because I am 71, my husband served in the Army in Vietnam in 68-69 and in the same area as the book was set. Michael Pauley brought this book to life and I 'felt' it to my very heart. I cried and and was frightened for the young men and saddened by their loss. This story reaches the depths of emotions and you soon feel like a member of the family with all the joy and pain they feel. This was by far one of the hardest reads and listens I've ever experienced, but will listen to it again and again. This whole series is some of the best writing and listening I have had in the 4 years I have been reading M/M books. Good job Lucy and Michael.

Slow Start Fast End

This one turned out to be a great story, even after the slow start. It took me awhile to get into this one, and if I had been reading it I probably would have put it down. I am glad Randi Johnson was telling the story and because of that I hung in there. Turned out it was the right move and I really enjoyed the story of Ram and Erik. Randi did a bang up job at keeping the story rolling. Ram was the sexy older 'experienced' Alpha to Erik's young wild personality. I have to say mpreg is not my favorite, just because I am 'old' and have a hard time conceiving (no pun intended) of the idea of a man giving birth. But, this story pulled it off for me. Great story and even better listening due to our rising star Randi Johnson. Look forward to more from the author and Randi for sure.

Great Story, Great narration

This one started a bit slow, but turned out to be one of the best I've listened to. Story was a fun old crush, new love tale that started with tragedy. My heart went out to little Ross over his loss, and Michi being thrown into fatherhood in the middle of his biggest career break ever was a real wake up call for him. Ben also faced a hard role in raising his nephew after losing his sister. The story flowed well and Randi Johnson made it so realistic. He mastered the voices of all the charactors very well and is really beginning to shine. This was his best yet.
I was gifted this book in exchange for a review. I will listen to it again and will follow Peter Styles and Randi Johnson in their careers.

Outer Space Hotness

This was not one of my favorite types of story as I am not a big Sifi fan, but held my interest all the way. A mild tearjerker full of mystery. Why did his soulmate disappear, where did she go at such a young age, and when would Zoltan ever find love again? Zoltan is forced to leave his home planet by his Uncle who wishes to be King. Due to a crazy law that says a King must have a soulmate, Zoltan's Uncle plots against him by kidnapping the young child destined to be Zoltan's mate, then forces him to leave the planet. Zoltan ends up on Earth where he starts a new life. At his friends wedding he meets a captivating woman and his life changes, again. Steamy and exciting read. The narrator Randi Johnson, does a great job of bringing the voices to life. He is vastly improving with each new book. I look forward to new books and listens from them both.

Second bite's the best

I really enjoyed this story. Sadly, Alistair Hall, a wolf shifter, lost his mate and relocated to a small town to work and heal. What he didn't expect was to fall in love again or be faced with a pregnant mate again. Fate has a way of setting you up and letting you fall once more. Meeting Matthew, the divorced "love connection" sight owner, blew all of Alistair's plans of moping around out of the way and opened him up to love once more despite his attempt to stay hidden in his heart. This is a fun, sexy story of love, rumors and a growing wolf pack. This is Randi Johnson's best work yet for bringing the charactors out of the pages and into your life. I highly recommend this book and look forward to Randi's next read and Preston Walker's next book.

Nice set of shorts

This was a great set of MM short stories. Some parts sweeet, some h-o-t and some a bit frightening. Each story has it's own charactors from regular to complex from Camp counselor, actors, book stores to construction sites. They all had a very steamy theme with a HEA. Don't want to give away the endings, so will just say they were all interesting and heart warming with a recommendition to check them out. I really enjoyed the stories but have to say the narrator made the stories come to life. Great job of Immersing you into the thick of each tale. Great work all around by author and narrator I was gifted this title in exchange for a fair review.

Wedding mix Up

This is a great little love story, a case of mistaken identity and a Bridzilla. Toby is trying so hard to make his company the best wedding planning company ever.. When he clears his calander for a very wealthy bride and groom, he learns the hard way how unpredictable a bride can be. Toss in the fact he thinks he's in lust for the groom and it's mayhem.
The bright spot is finding out the sexy man he thinks is straight and getting married, is actually the bride's brother Hunter, helping with the wedding plans. While they jet across countries to find the most exotic and expensive place for a wedding, Hunter and Toby fall in love. After a big bride 'bitch' session, Toby sees red and ends up getting fired. Now how are he and Hunter, who sat by and watch it happen, ever get their HEA.
This is a must read/listen for anyone who likes great, funny, happy, MM stories. The story is well written and the narrator is fairly good. He's not my favorite but right up there with the best.

Christmas Puppy (Play)

I truly enjoyed this short story of Scottish found again lovers. After being stranded in a Christmas Eve snow storm Kier Campbell finds himself saved by an unlikely hero. Faced with a lost love and filled with regret, he finds a way to rekindle their love and find his way home. The puppy play is silly and fun. I always wanted to be a puppy myself. This is a good read for a snowy season listen. I would and have recommended it to friends. I was gifted this book in exchange for a fair review. Great listen and will listen again.

Sexy Ride from Dark tunnels to the Light

I was blown away by this rollercoaster ride ! My heart ached for Simeon as he struggled with his love for Pieter and his demons of drugs and alcohol. His drive to heal the sexy new man in his life, Bastian, is a healing for Sim himself. Bastian's surprising discovery about his past lover and his dead father had me reeling. This is a dead on love story about two very troubled rich boys. You feel the pain and joy of a priveleded life and the hopelessness that comes with it. I was gifted this title in exchange for a fair review. I have to say I am well pleased with Isobel Starling's style of writing and pleased with the Narrator Gary Furlong as his voice fits the chactors perfectly. I will buy future works of these two without pause.
