Historia
According to Ken Wilber, the perpetual human search for growth and fulfillment is often incomplete. In this book, Wilber integrates the wisdom of spirituality, psychology, shadow work, science, and integral theory to offer us a path to a radical and complete Wholeness of Waking Up, Growing Up, Opening Up, Cleaning Up, and Showing Up. Wilber shows listeners how to apply integral theory to their everyday lives for transformation.

Good summary of Wilber's work.
Revisado: 08-27-24
Simpler and better edited than Wilber's other recent work such as the Future of Religion. Out of his books this might be the one I would recommend to someone new to his work. I listened to it with the physical book. It is very much a summary of the breadth of Wilber's work, with updated examples and four of the best pointing out instruction sections I've seen from him in 20 years. Also appreciated Wilber's new content related to integral sexual Tantra. Made for a good book study group with our community.

Historia
A single purpose lies at the heart of all the great religious traditions: awakening to the astonishing reality of the true nature of ourselves and the universe. At the same time, through centuries of cultural accretion and focus on myth and ritual as ends in themselves, this core insight has become obscured. Here Ken Wilber provides a path for reenvisioning a religion of the future that acknowledges the evolution of humanity in every realm while remaining faithful to that original spiritual vision.

powerful message for humanity
Revisado: 05-30-24
Overall the message and new content from Wilber is refreshing and deep. I've read about 10 of his other books, this one has new content on Shadow work and the stages beyond integral. Wilber does repeat himself quite a bit in this book, and it could perhaps be condensed, but I do find the repetition useful in the audio version so that it sinks into my mind better. The narration is clear in a British voice. I've listened to the recording three times, I found it most helpful listening along with the book the third time... It helped me get through the print copy faster and understand the audio better.

The artist's way
Revisado: 03-02-21
Great narrator, is a autobiographical tale of how an Indie rock artist and street artist found her way through open hearted connection with her fans, and by allowing the free exchange of asking, giving, receiving.

Incredibly useful.

Incredibly useful teachings for those who have had glimpses of Clarity. It is one of the few audiobooks I return to again and again.
