What was one of the most memorable moments of Motivation: Boost Your Motivation with Powerful Mindfulness Techniques and Be Unstoppable?
Mindfulness can help us live the life to its full. I do need to be often reminded of being mindful of what I am doing and thinking. This is one of my resolutions for 2016 and the reason to listen this book. This is an excellent resource-type book that one might want to return to again and again. This is filled with very careful and specific information with many examples of when and how to use it. All information is presented in a friendly and useful way. Would be great for someone just trying to find out what mindfulness and meditation is all about, and also for someone looking for a new idea for practicing it.

Very well written and didactic, it is a pillow book to manage stress and life challenges. A solid place to start for anyone interested.

What did you love best about Success Secrets?
I love simple and affective self-help books and this is one of them.
I read several books on NLP by now but many of them are either boring or just stuffed with too much information that confuse beginners, but this book is a bit difference because it is short and the psychological technique really worked for me!
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Unlike other self-help books, this one shows how to achieve your full potential step by step. It's not only stories about successful people and their life, but real guidelines how to become one; in a very clear and simple way.

Great book, I would recommend it if you're interested in learning more about NLP.

This mindfulness audiobook is easy to listen to, instructive, soothing, and understandable. This book breaks down the practice of mindfulness into small and palatable bites. It feels like a doable practice and this book will serve as a good reference.

If you're curious about what the heck people do when they're "meditating," what's all this about "mindfulness," or if you've been practicing mindfulness meditation for years this is an excellent, clearly written,introduction/reminder.

It's a short book to motivate people to think about their goals, be committed to them, take actions, assess the results (to measure the effectiveness of those actions), and adjust their plans until their goals are achieved.

Excellent book but you must practice what's in it if you want to change your life. If you need motivation and a better understanding of yourself, read this book.
