Amid the rising wave of allegations against powerful men, a reckoning is coming due. Eye opener for myself as I had a similar “love” story as a teenager. Well written and great narration.

Historia
Millie is devastated when she discovers that her sort-of-best friend/sort-of-girlfriend has been kissing someone else. Heartbroken and ready for a change, Millie decides to apply for scholarships to boarding schools...the farther from Houston the better. Soon, Millie is accepted into one of the world's most exclusive schools, located in the rolling highlands of Scotland. Here, the country is dreamy and green; the school is covered in ivy, and the students think her American-ness is adorable. The only problem: Mille's roommate Flora is a total princess. She's also an actual princess.

Super Sweet, Cute! Great Narrator

It was a super sweet story and am glad I went outside my norm to read this one, I wish it had been a bit longer and gave us more about some of the other classmates and friends. Maybe these characters will pop up in another book.

Historia
First, there were the flamingos. And then there were two families. Sherry and Leslie and their daughters, Rae and Pauline - and Eve and her son, Daniel. Sherry loves her husband, Leslie. She also loves Eve. It couldn't have been a happier summer. But then Eve left, and everything went grey. Now Daniel is all grown up and broken. And when he turns up at Sherry's door, it's almost as if they've all come home again. But there's still one missing. Where is Eve? And what, exactly, is her story?

Was ok

It took a while to figure out what was going on in the beginning and I was disappointed when it ended, specifically with the lack of conclusion between Eve and Sherry but overall was an enjoyable listen.
