Miguel gave me hope …
Revisado: 12-01-24
I was in a negative cycle thinking CFS/ME was a life sentence… instead it’s an opportunity to look within and conduct brain re-training to heal. Highly recommend this book for those seeking hope and guidance.

One day, Lori Gottlieb is a therapist who helps patients in her Los Angeles practice. The next, a crisis causes her world to come crashing down. Enter Wendell, the quirky but seasoned therapist in whose office she suddenly lands. With his balding head, cardigan, and khakis, he seems to have come straight from Therapist Central Casting. A series of beautiful stories with valuable lessons
Revisado: 05-15-21
A friend recommended this book to me. She told she didn’t want it to end. She felt connected to the protagonist and her patients. “Could it be that good?” I wondered. It is.
Through the stories I read I learned: Live in the present moment, life isn’t guaranteed. Everyone comes with baggage and my favorite change is inevitable even if as humans we’re wired to resist it.
A fantastic read for those looking for me more meaning in their lives!
