Historia
The celebration of Washington, DC basketball is long overdue. The DC metro area stands second to none in its contributions to the game. Countless figures who have had a significant impact on the sport over the years have roots in the region, including E. B. Henderson, the first African American certified to teach public school physical education, and Earl Lloyd, the first African American to take the court in an actual NBA game.

In 1949, Florida's orange industry was booming, and citrus barons got rich on the backs of cheap Jim Crow labor with the help of Sheriff Willis V. McCall, who ruled Lake County with murderous resolve....

The Greatest Black American in History
Revisado: 03-14-20
I really enjoyed experiencing Thurgood’s journey thru time. I was so proud of his achievements, it inspired me to be the best man I can be.His courage and commitment was a blessing.I think every America should listen to this story and I believe they would have more compassion for the challenges black people have had in America. GOD BLESS THURGOOD MARSHALL
