I have always enjoyed stories and playing MMORPG’s in the healer role and now having a main character healer able to take that to the next level is just fun and cool. I’m listening to the audiobooks and the narrator is amazing and works well with Jonathan Brooks Style of writing. They just changed

Sure the MC is way OP but it’s so awesome and hilarious listening to his journey and I’m here for it! Normally I don’t enjoy the OP MC story lines but this is completely different. It’s sooo worth the credit to listening to

Well the 2nd book has been read and listened too, now it’s on to book 3. I always look at books that are similar in caliber that seem to foreshadow for things to come, the story has potential to do a lot of things, so I’m eager to find out where the story is leaning to. I’m not going to talk like a bunch of other people who have reviewed this book and talk to you about the characters. I have my issues with certain characters, but I can understand where the author is coming from and creating them like this, so I’m really curious how this story is going to go.

If you like Pacific Rim and Neon Genesis Evangelion

If you’re into the Kaiju, Pacific Rim, Godzilla, evangelion type of stories then this is for you. Throw in a healer wants to been bad ass and you have find the best mix for you. I didn’t enjoy this story line as much as I thought I would since I’m an old school Neon Genesis Evangelion and Robotech anime. It has the game lit crunchy-ness and mixed, with really good world building and decent character depth coupled with the narrator and author, I really thought I would like it more. I’m not really sure what exactly it is about the story that I just don’t find enjoyable enough to continue the series, but I’ll be reading book one and treatment as a standalone.

Another amazing series

Another great amazing series from Michael Chatfield. It’s almost as if the guy has got lifetimes of experience that he’s got to get out in to books and this is just one more lifetime He’s got to talk about.

This book is based around for individuals that died and now come together to make a deal with the devil, it’s a very fantasy almost a grim dark fantasy. And I have to say I’m hooked just like I was the first time when I read a two week curse in the 10 realm series .

Well all things aside, ending the book at that part sucks and without a 3rd book ready to jump now I have to wait. There is a certain commercial that comes to mind, “open open open” while thumping fingers on the store glass door

Chaos confusion

Having seen the author on TikTok, I was excited to get the book and read it/listen to it as soon as possible. I really think the story has a lot of promise, but I think I’m going to buy the novel and read it versus listen to it. This is, in my opinion a very hard story to follow an audible setting. I’m up to chapter 6, and every chapter revolves around a different person, and I’m unsure who is the main character or side characters. I’m going to try to continue to listen to this, but I’m gonna have to dedicate some time to actually listening versus just letting it play as I normally would any other audiobook.

Another great book in this series! Neil is an amazing narrator and the team up of of Eric and Neil is the best and the ending had me “and HERE you end the book?!?!?’ Now the wait to the next book! The team up of good guys and bad guys was a match we have been long time waiting for!!
