I really enjoy this book not only as a FSU and Myron Rolle fan but because of the process of constant improvement and the positive example it gives of handling struggles. Great read!

Great reminder and encouraging!
Revisado: 01-20-23
This book it’s a great reminder that when we focus on putting Jesus first in our lives, that he will take away our burdens and struggles. Our minds naturally float to negative and sinful thoughts so it was a great reminder of how God tells us truths in the Bible. Additionally, the practical tips on how to stop the traps in our minds from continuing really was helpful to me. I’ve often struggled with anxiety and depression, but this gave me new perspective on the spiritual battle. Those thoughts are really part of and a renewed spirit. highly recommend this book.
