Historia
No matter how great you are at finding real estate deals, you could lose everything if you don’t manage your properties correctly. However, being a landlord doesn’t have to mean middle-of-the-night phone calls, costly evictions, or daily frustrations with ungrateful tenants. Being a landlord can be fun - but only if you do it right!

Historia
How did Fidel Castro fool the CIA for a generation? Why did Neville Chamberlain think he could trust Adolf Hitler? Why are campus sexual assaults on the rise? Do television sitcoms teach us something about the way we relate to each other that isn't true? While tackling these questions, Malcolm Gladwell was not solely writing a book for the page. He was also producing for the ear. In the audiobook version of Talking to Strangers, you’ll hear the voices of people he interviewed - scientists, criminologists, military psychologists.

he did it again
Revisado: 08-27-20
Not going to lie, there were some points where I was wondering where he was going, however, he wrapped it up beautifully. Malcolm has a way of drawing you into things that seem like tangents. Honestly, thats what holds your attention as it doesn't simply harp on the same thing in thousands of sentences. Then magically, he brings all the points to a head and it makes sense. Always happy to indulge in his words and stories. One of the few I enjoy listening to.
